Deposit & Cancellation Policy

At Chi Spa Massage & Bodyworks Studio, we understand that your time is valuable, and we appreciate your choice to spend it with us. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we have established the following deposit and cancellation policy:

Deposit Policy:

  • Upon booking your appointment, a $25 deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable but will be credited towards your final payment upon checkout.
  • The deposit must be made at the time of reservation to confirm your booking.

Cancellation Policy:

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your slot to another guest and maintain a harmonious scheduling flow.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
  • In the event of a no-show, the deposit will also be forfeited, and a fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled service may be charged.
